When not working in film, you can usually find me in the motorsports industry in some capacity or other. Last year I was service manager at Vespa in Vancouver, where we had the express privilege of creating the scooters for Deadpool 2. They were Vespa Primavera 150’s with a big bore kit on them and they were fast and finished off with a Deadpool paint job. Here is a picture of me with the bikes before rolling out to set. Go cheack out Deadpool 2 and these awesome scooters!
Joi Harris has been identified as the stunt woman who lost her life on the set of Deadpool 2. The Vancouver film community is in shock over the recent passing of the stunt woman . She was the first African-American Female Pro Road Racer and passed away after an accident during the filming of the sequel to Deadpool, in Vancouver. One thing I can say, even though I did not know her personally, she died doing what she loved. For many of us that is as important as living and should never be taken for granted. I offer my heartfelt condolences to her friends, family, and the production staff of Deadpool 2. Who was Joi Harris?
Deadpool is back in Vancouver and is he ever riding in style. I may be a little biased as I am employed at Vespa Vancouver but if anyone can rock a scooter it is Deadpool! I cannot wait to see the second installment as I LOVED the first!
