Hello everyone! I know I have not kept this blog updated very well as of late but I have an excellent excuse! I have decided to take this show on the road and make a dream come true. I have purchased a truck and camper so I may travel North America and see all the things I have always wanted to see with film and stunt related stops along the way.
What do you all think about this? Any suggestions or places you think I should see? What is filmed in your town? I know the Walking Dead is filmed in Georgia so that is a must see for me! Where do you live and what is great about it. Myself, my dog (Kilo) and my bike are coming to a place near you! Please check out my instagram @vanstuntgirl
When not working in film, you can usually find me in the motorsports industry in some capacity or other. Last year I was service manager at Vespa in Vancouver, where we had the express privilege of creating the scooters for Deadpool 2. They were Vespa Primavera 150’s with a big bore kit on them and they were fast and finished off with a Deadpool paint job. Here is a picture of me with the bikes before rolling out to set. Go cheack out Deadpool 2 and these awesome scooters!
A few years ago I had an opportunity to ride a motorcycle on set for the movie Into The Forest Starring Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood. It was an awesome experience, as the subject matter was right up my alley! There is nothing like riding with a group of bikers at the end of the world and being the only female, apparently I am like a cockroach, last one standing, even after the apocalypse. Bikers do seem to be cut from an unbreakable cloth, I will say that much, Daryl Dixon is a prime example!
Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing awesome! I have been busy with work and travel so I haven’t had a ton of time for my writing. I appreciate your patience and I’m glad to be able to present my latest interview with the fantastic and talented Cassandra Ebner! She is a Vancouver based stunt woman, actress and all around talented human being. I am so grateful to her for taking the time to do this interview and I hope you all enjoy it! I will also be starting video interviews, motorcycle tutorials and a little online store, so please stay tuned. Continue reading →
